About the doctor
Prof. Dr. José Lodovico Palma
Cardiologist, specialist in Intensive Care and Cardiovascular Perfusion. Professor at the National University of Cuyo and a leading figure in Mendoza's medical community.
For more than three decades he led the Extracorporeal and Assisted Circulation Service at the Cardiovascular Department of Hospital Italiano de Mendoza, and trained generations of physicians by founding degree programs and residencies in cardiovascular surgery and anesthesiology.
Today he combines that experience with an approach his patients praise time and again: he listens, explains clearly, and takes the time each person needs to understand their health and feel cared for.
